Wrestling Gear
Practice Gear & Warm-ups
Wrestler's are required to wear team practice shirts and shorts on Team Tuesdays. Wrestlers are also required to wear either the new Gray Nike warm-ups or ScrapLife warm-ups at duals/tournaments and on the podium.

Shoes
Wrestlers are welcome to purchase any wrestling shoes they'd like. Dick's is a good place to try on different brands and find the correct size before purchasing online.
Headgear
Headgear is required at all dual meets and tournaments. Wrestlers are welcome to purchase any brand and style of headgear that they prefer.
Bags
Wrestlers are going to have the option to purchase a CT Nike backpack or duffle bag. Bags are not required, but recommended.
